Who’s Injured?

Show of hands? I know at least one person is out nursing injury. Heal well John. Everyone not injured could help out Housing Families tomorrow by running in The Assault on Mount Hood at noon. Online registration closed yesterday, but there is Race-Day registration starting at 10:30. 4-Doz has made an appeal for your help. Numbers were way down in pre-registration. If you’re free, consider joining in the fun. I hear the after-party is awesome.

What if we need to warm up before this?

Since the race is only a 3.5 mile cross-country run (and 2 mile walk) some of you will want to get in some real miles beforehand. With the rain coming, we’ll keep it simple and run Salem St. to Boxford. https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/179216844/

It’s the Most Wonderful Time of The Year

Next Saturday is the Annual BRC Christmas Run. Clear your calendar. You want to do this. More details will be provided this week, but in general: we get a later start (around 9-ish); we run to a (NEW) secret destination; we enjoy food and drink and good company. Zeke the Elf is watching to make sure you are all on your BRC-best behavior.

Find Your Dress Whites/Dress Grays

I am given to understand that we have a number of un-initiated new members. We should be having a BRC Induction night soon. Keep your eyes out for the notices, and be ready to welcome our new members. Likely to happen in January.

Mailing List Maintenance

I’ve neglected the mailing list for some time. I have several of you listed on the BCC: list, and haven’t gotten you set up in Google Groups. Watch for email form me regarding the proper registration. If anyone is having mailing list difficulties, reach out and let me know.
