Typically, on any given Saturday morning, there are three runs laid out: an Endurance run (in the 10+ mile range), an Express run (in the 5-8 mile range), and the Executive run, which is always exactly 4 miles. Here’s a list of all the more common (get it?) runs the club does on Saturday mornings.
