Just One Hill?
It’s time again for the Mt Washington Road Race. A simple route that follows only one road for 7.6 miles. Sure, just a few short miles, but over 4600 vertical climb with a max grade more than 20%. I know we have several perfectly sane individuals who will be running that hill. Good luck with that. We’re not running that kind of hill. We will just go down one long gently rolling hill, then turn around and come back up. https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/26971654/
But seriously, good luck to Rusty and to whoever else is running that hill tomorrow.
You have two choices. You can run the Pippa route above, and turn back when you’ve had half of enough (Actually, you have an infinite number of choices, since you decide when to turn around.)
Alternatively, you can run the 4th of July 5K route: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/167577564/
