Fwd: BRC Run – 3/24 – The Run to Breakfast – 20 Miles
The Run to Breakfast
We’ve got a crew running to the Anchor Pub. I told them about a dozen would show up after twenty glorious miles of companionship and “Frogger” heading to Beverly for the most-deserved breakfast all year. They looked at me kind of funny. Unfortunately, I will be away, and miss all the fun. Anyone else want to join?
Support
At least one member is planning on going directly to the Anchor, and has offered rides back to the Common. Partial-distance runners need to coordinate with each other. In the past, helpful people have run a few miles and driven along the course to check on everyone. Be safe. Run with a partner, associate, intern, buddy, BFF, BRF, thatguywhoyouonlytalktoonSatur
How do we even get there?
This is the route that does not include the rail trail, which I believe is not passable after the beating we’ve taken over the last couple of weeks. Here is the route from last year which kept the runners on the road: http://www.mapmyrun.com/
Timing
The objective is to get everyone there at roughly the same time – around 9:40AM – plus or minus a water stop. For those of you planning a partial run, please do the math.
Here’s a handy chart for runners to adjust their start time based on what pace they plan to run.
