There’s not much to add to what Race Director Aaron Preston wrote in his email to participants of the 10th annual BRC Triathlon. Assemble at the Common at 0630, and be prepared to start at 0645. Olga is going to leading the singing of our National Anthem. Participants have their wave assignments. Volunteers know their stations.

Spectators are encouraged to attend. Also, ANYONE can send their photos to BRCTriPhotos@borderlinerunningclub.com. The subject line of the email becomes a caption. Interweb Magic automatically loads the photos to the BRC Triathlon web page.
BRC Express can come out and run the 5K course, and see your friends zoom past you after they’ve finished the bike-swim-bike legs. https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/167577564/
Looking for Help with the BRC Tuesday Night 5K Rolf’s Run!
(Alternate title: Hey! Some people are going to Yankee Homecoming)
On July 30th many BRC members will be running in the 5K or 10mile races in Newburyport for Yankee Homecoming. Paul is hoping that while he’s away, somebody who is NOT planning on going to Newburyport can mind the store at Rolf’s, greet interested runners, and have a good time.
Also, note that there are plenty of BRC members going to the race. Use your noodle and find a carpool that fits your style of afterparty.
Mailing List backlog
I have several of you currently in my BCC list. I have been negligent in getting people ACTUALLY registered for the BRC Mailing List. Watch for email in the coming week, and “accept” the invitation to join. If you have any issues feel free to email me directly, and we’ll sort it out.
· Tuesday — BRC Weekly 5K
Start at Rolf’s at 645 pm. Food, drink, and good company to follow.
· July 30th – Yankee Homecoming
