BRC Run – 9/10 – 6:45AM – RTB Training Run
Depends on Where You Sit
For some runners, this weekend will be a final tune up before we hit the Granite State. For much of DWFU Van 2 this will constitute the bulk of their training. So be it. Either way, there should be some elevation involved.
Uniform of the Day
If you have a Reach The Beach T-shirt that isn’t in the laundry, wear it tomorrow.
Hills are a Bear
Short (5.3 Mile) loop this week. Don’t want to scare anyone off with high mileage.
