BRC Run – 4/23 – Middleton – 11.2 mi [BORDER]

Congratulations to all our runners from this week’s little race. Now it’s time to recover. There are many different plans to recover from a marathon. Some people are running again within days, while I’ve even read plans that ask you to refrain from running for a day per mile of longer races. Now recovery doesn’t always mean that you don’t do anything, but it means you don’t generally train hard. I excel at not training hard.
In that spirit, tomorrow’s run will be a choose-your-own-distance run, up to and including the Middleton border route. Have a nice 2 mile jog out and back, or power through the full 11.2 miles. Go do you and recover.
