BRC Run – 11/20 – 0645 – Pippa – 11.2 mi [BORDER]
Back to Normal
Something simple for this week. I have just recovered from an illness, and my base is depleted completely. I will be starting from scratch. An out-and-back route gives you the opportunity to tailor your workout to your current level of fitness. If you later decide you need more, well, you’re a creative dynamic individual, and you can add-in a bit extra wherever you like. Some like the simplicity of a pre-planned route, however. Then maybe just stick to the map. Also, at any point this weekend, you can opt-in for the Housing Families’ 5K. Just a thought.

Thank you from Dave Tyler
We received a thank-you note from Dave Tyler after all your hard volunteering as course marshals for last week’s Run for The Troops. Congratulations for bringing out your family and friends:
“I just wanted to send a thank you to you and Borderline Running Club for sending such great volunteers to yesterday’s Run For The Troops. Your help was critical and was very much appreciated by the runners, myself, and Race Director Bill Pennington.
Job Well Done.”
