BRC Run – 7/9 – 6:45AM – Lake Loop – 7.4 Miles
Something For Everyone
Next week we have options. You can run 5K or you can run 10K or you can run a Half Marathon. Or you can run two races. Or you can run all three. How could I possibly set up a run this week to prepare for all of those options? Easy. Math.
The average distance for those three races is roughly 7.47 miles. Once we know that, all we need to do is to reach into our bag of tricks and grab an isomorphic route under the mapping of distance. It just so happens we have one that is about 7.4 miles. Problem solved. QED.

Lots Going On
Next week we have the Runner’s World Classic and in three weeks we have the 7th Annual BRC Triathlon. And if I get my act in gear, we are going on a road trip during the rest week in between those events. Basically this is not a good time to leave your running shoes idle. See you out there in the morning.
