Out and Back.

Another long mileage run this week. Head out to North Reading. Extra motivated runners can go all the way to Middleton, too. https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/2281572142/

Longer distance?

Speedy Petey says that “for anyone interested, I'll be running a bonus route on Saturday morning, which overlaps with the BRC route on the "out" to NR. For 18 miles, you can join him: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/640401846/

BRC Express and Return to Running

Some are rebuilding, some are short on time. Whatever your needs, find a buddy and run your distance. This week, if you’re looking for a little less, but you want to do SOME miles with the group, you can simply go out and back along the main route.

·        I’d call it 8 miles to get to the Marshall’s and back.

·        It is about 6 miles from the Common to Rt 114 and back.

·        If you want even shorter, there’s always the BRC Executive Route ™ which stays at 4 miles: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/fullscreen/952551117/

COMING SOON: THE RUN TO BREAKFAST

John G. reminded me that traditionally we run 20+ miles three-ish weeks before Boston. This year, that will fall on March 23rd. For noobs, this is a one-way run from the Common to the Anchor Pub & Grille in Beverly. There are options to run all 20+ miles, or join in along the route. Some folks will leave their cars at the finish to drive runners back to the start after breakfast. Please let me know your intention to run this glorious event, or simply attend breakfast. More details soon.

Super-secret short runs start and end at The Anchor
