You might want to consider picking a warm costume. Major BRC Bonus Points will be awarded for showing up in costume. One year at work I offered $100 to anyone who dressed up as an Oompa-Loompa. Two people took me up on that and chose the version from the unfortunate remake. I paid but was not pleased and won’t make that mistake again. I thought about a similar challenge – insisting upon the original version – but in today’s climate that might be misconstrued as a political statement. Then again, being politically incorrect like that would be simultaneously clever and ironic. Coop, you can come dresses as a Ninja.

Where Do Grown-Ups Trick-or-Treat?

Graveyards? Done that. Corn maze? Did that too. Seriously considered sending everyone over to 4-Doz’s house, well, just because. Halloween City in Lawrence is closed so that would be anti-climactic. Fortunately, Halloween Headquarters is still in business and it’s only 3 miles away. So here’s the route:
